It also follows in the line of his exquisite artistic workmanship with true aesthetic radiance and top notch craftsmanship. In the spirit of traditional patterns, this piece does not leave you wanting in any way.. The pattern was provided by Tony Bose, Knifemaking Legend. Mike used Tony's pattern to make this knife. And, it is the only one he has made to date. What a great piece it is. The handle material is wonderful presentation grade sambar stag. The beautiful bullet shield fits this piece just right and is true to the original Remington pattern. The pinched bolsters add an aire of elegance as well. Fit, finish, blade snap and lines are just perfect on this lovely specimen. Mike's slipjoints have become extremely desirable pieces. That is quite understandable considering the quality that this maker produces. Mike's work has become in so much demand, he has developed a backlog of about 2 years now. This beautiful piece is currently available from us with no wait at all. What a beautiful tribute to a wonderful pattern and a real collectors piece. |

| Additional Features: This shimmering piece has striking presentation grade mother of pearl scales with striking flash. The blade steel on this lovely knife is very interesting random pattern damascus and the bolster steel is Mosaic damascus. The titanium liners are anodized blue to match the pearl. It is all held together with gold screws. Mike's stainless backspacer is also nicely fileworked with a beautiful rope pattern. The finishing touch is a beautiful thumbstud inlaid with striking mother of pearl. |
